I am looking to purchase a rotary buffer and just want to know your opinions on what the best one(s) are? I want to get a pneumatic one so that I can use it with ease at my job. Could you guys please point me out some good recommendations and where best to purchase them from? Thanks.

Makita, Metabo, Dewalt, hitachi, and porter-cable all make quality rotary's. You could even go for something like the chicago electric rotary from harbor freight. Run a few searches and see what appeals to you (aka, the dewalt is rugged, the metabo is lightweight, etc etc)

There are folks in every camp of product mentioned above that will tell you the success they have using their model.
How often will you use it ? If not often, maybe a Chicago Electric from Harbor Freight is in order.
Is weight important ? If you use it alot this may become a bigger issue than you think..maybe a Metabo is in order.
Do you like a variable spreed trigger ? If so, you will probably want Hitachi, Makita.
Just a few examples of questions you need to satisfy to make a proper choice.

Remember for most pneumatics you will need at least 7 to 8 hp and 80 gallon tank on your compressor. CMA has a new National Detriot RO buffer that I am dying to try.
Most of the pneumatic manufacturers make a rotary buffer, eg, Ingersoll Rand, ND, CP.
Dynabrade tend to make the best abrasive/buffer air tools. I have been very pleased with every Dynabrade tool I've bought. From time to time, you can find these buffers for sale on Ebay for about $160. If you want to pay full retail, various industrial stockhouses like RS Hughes, Doall and MSC will charge in the region of $300.
As noted, you'll need a compressor that can do about 20 CFM.
