best product for removing swirl marks and feather scratches

hi guys can anyone tell me the best product for getting rid of swirl marks and feather scratches iv'e seen a few pictures on the forum of before and afters but no product names



any help would be cool

besides researching a little more on this forum, I suggest googling some phrases like "car polish chart" "paint polish abrasiveness chart" etc...and you can get a good idea of how different polishes are rated. DON'T use this chart to nail down your choice but doing this along with a little more reading and you'll get SOME idea.



I truly don't know the answer even if you had provided more details cuz I'm not a professional detailer.

Find a car that looks like your level of problems and then see what they used. If the names are just acronyms, copy them over here and someone will be able to fill in the full names for you.



It's hard to recommend without a picture, one man's "light swirling" is another mans "paint disaster".

This is a good resource, but is missing many products.

I think the experienced Autopians need to get together and start a chart of their own.
