I'm pretty sure Excel doesn't sell any PC kits, other than pads. I would definitely recommend the Propel pad kit though, if you end up buying the PC separately. http://www.exceldetail.com

You can get the PC at Lowes for $109 and the pad kit from a number of suppliers.

I bought a PC (model 7336) at Lowe's last week for $99. There is also a decent deal going on at coastal tools. You get a 7424, velcro backing plate (don't recall the size), both counter weights, and a metal tool box for storage. All this for $120.
