Best Places for Business Cards?

My business cards should be in my hands by wednesday, so I want to get an idea from guys that have been in business longer than I how to hand them out in the smartest way possible. Since I already frequent the local car events, I figured I might as well hand out a few cards there.



Can you guys give me some ideas of other areas that would have good returns vs. number of cards handed out? Any tips on places that have worked for you guys?

Good idea, I definitely need some work for the winter when business will slow to a trickle.

Dinner Tables, Hotels, Leave two in each car you do (one for them and the other to give to a friend) always have some on hand ever where you go.

gas stations, oil change places, garages, insurence offices. basically anywhere that people with cars frequent for the purpose of their cars

you can purchase at office depot magnets that stick to your business cards that allow people to put them on their refrigerator. Might help a little for those soccer moms
