quick question

I had completely detailed my exterior recently, paint correction, sealant, waxing, ect....

the car has been outside for a couple days and has light dust and light water spots, nothing heavy but I want to remove it asap

what is the best way to wash this but keep the wax/sealant intact?

should I hose off lightly with water and wipe with a microfiber? or use quick detailer w/ wax? or hose the whole car down and wipe with a drying towel?

which one will keep the most wax/sealant on the car?

thanks

If you like Rinseless washes you could use ONR or UWWP.

If not I would do a regular full wash using your favorite car wash soap.

The best way to keep your sealant / wax is to use a safe car wash and use the safest method of washing that works for you. This will also save your paint from more swirls and scratches.

I personally stay away from QD wipe downs any more as they are not as safe as a waterless wash / Rinseless wash / regular wash.

Garry Dean method....once you do it, you'll do it as your regular wash too....

I always use a waterless wash product to maintain my BMW's. even moderately dirty is no problem for a waterless product with good lubricating properties.

i'd go with a rinseless wash like ONR or something similar

i have several gallons of regular wash solution that i have barely ever used since i started using ONR last year

1Z perls, it may not be completely waterless but the way it dries is incredible. It's the only soap I'll use for fast cleans/touch up's with out stripping.

What about the nooks and crannies? It never works to get the nooks and crannies clean for me... and my wheels are horribly difficult to do that way.
