Best headlight restoration kit?

I plan on buying one of the two following kits:
1 - Meguiars Professional Headlight and Spot Repair Kit
2 - 3M 02516 Headlight Lens Restoration System

Please comment if you have any experience with either of these two kits. Both kits come with two air tools and lots of accessories. Please let me know of the pros and cons with either kit?
