Best Combo - Royal Blue Pearl ?

Picking up a new 06 Royal Blue Pearl Honda Civic LX tomorrow :yay Some of you might be familiar that my daughter totalled her old Saturn recently (everyone is fine), so I decided to hand down my 05 Honda Civic EX to her, and get a new 06 for me!

Anyway, would like help from my brothers and sisters here in the City as to which combinations of products currently in my arsenel I should go with - I'm looking for a combination of depth/glossiness, durability (driven 150+ miles daily) and ease of maintenance.

Products on hand:
* WG - Cleanser, Glaze Sealant
* PB - PP, EX, EX-P, Natty's, Natty's Blue, QD+
* 4* - UPP, UPPS
* Opt - OCW
* S100/P21S - Cleanser, Wax
* Klasse - KAIO, KSG
(various swirl removers, clays, etc, as well)

Here are some combos I have in mind - please chime in with your (not so humble) opinions as to best combo, or make some up from the list above:
* PB PP, EX x2, Natty's Blue x2, then maintained with OCW, or,
* PB PP, EX-P x2, Natty's (reg)x2, then maintained with OCW, or,
* WG pre-wax cleaner, WG Glaze, WG Sealant x2, then maintained with OCW, or,
* AIO, UPP x2, then maintained with UPPS

(edited - I will be claying as needed prior)

I have way too many products and way too many combinations to choose from - HELP!!!

As always, appreciate your help !!!

I don't know how much lighter or darker Royal Blue Pearl is from my Regal Blue Pearl, but I have tried a few combos on my car and I like Wolfgang the best.

These would be my choices
PB PP, EX x2, Natty's Blue x2, then maintained with OCW
PB PP, WG Sealant x2, then maintained with OCW

Haven't tried UPP yet so...

Congrats on the new car

I really like the WG lineup for darker colors especially there high gloss sealant!!

For Poorboys the P-w-C and topped with Nattys is a simple procedure but very shiny

Also before any of this you should clay the car to start....set the paint up to start.

Yep, remember seeing these pics lately - you've done a good job ! I like WG alot but have not been impressed with the durability vs UPP and PB's. Have you topped the WG with anything?

I have topped it with a few different products, but I have found it looks best all by itself. Durabilty hasn't been a problem either. I put 3 coats on to start and then refresh it once or twice more before it's time to clay and polish and start over. Durability is fine for the amount of time I need it. I go 3 months between coats on my wife's car and it does fine on that. I use Wolfgang for the looks and not for the durability. I've topped it with UPP, Signature, P21S, Souveran, and Blitz. In all cases I felt that it looked better without any toppers at all.

Topping WG with P21S sounds intriguing to me... I have it (the S100 flavor) but have never used it. I understand it's comparable to Natty's in that it gives a clearer finish.

There is just a totally different look from the carnauba wet to the wolfgang wet. When I top it with a wax I have always lost some of the shine and wetness. It looks more... more... I dunno. More waxy I guess when I top it with something. It's probably just personal preference. I just haven't felt that I have anything in my wax closet that can improve on what WG provides me.

I'd go PB's Propolish+EX-P(2x)+Natty's Blue(2x) or PB's Propolish+UPP(2x)+Natty's Blue(2x).Then wax a minimum of once a week! J/K.

rabbi - I was wondering when you were gonna chime in, and I was expecting you to recommend 18 coats of UPP :)

EX-P and Natty's Blue? I have always kinda thought that you put Natty's Reg over EX-P, and Natty's Blue over EX to get either a clear finish or a deeper wetter look respectively. Don't think I've ever mixed them. What's your thinking regarding the EX-P/Blue combo vs EX/Blue?

Going the PB EX/Blue route unless you can convince me to go EX-P. :ermm: Starting with AIO instead of PP.

I didn't recommend the 18 coats of UPP because you only stated doing 2. Also there's not many people that'll do that many coats.
