Best bug remover 4 volume use

I've been using a variety of bug and tar removers via aerosol can, but, even though we really don't have much of a bug problem here in San Diego, I think it's time I find an more economical solution. I'd like to here what others have found to work best for this purpose, like possibly various APCs, PBs Bug Squash, etc. Also, I'd be interested in both products that don't strip wax (for regular washing) and those that do tend to strip wax (pre detailing use).

I buy this in the gallon size and it is still effective when diluted, making it even more cost effective. I also use one of those yellow bug remover sponges and the end effect is no bugs.

$14 per gallon would do the trick for me...but those bug sponges are what I'm trying to stay away from - I'd rather clean with a strong chemical than with an abrasive sponge.

I've used it once according to directions. So far, I like it. I have a huge bug problem by me.
