Benz's new hyper car: 300SL Gullwing

For those of you who are fond of the SLR (or are like me and think it looks like a bas*erd un-kept child of Benz and and an F1 car), Benz is coming out with a new one:

Its based off the old '55 Gullwing, made by AMG instead of McLauren, and will possibly come out with a ~1000hp variant.



Looks wise, I like it. Very Benz, unlike the McLauren which I felt was unbalanced. Thoughts?

Benz's hyper car is between is $430,000 give or take. I'd assume this one, if it is replacing the SLR, would be priced similarly
