Bella Macchina 1988 Ferrari 328 GTS

Todd@RUPES

Just a regular guy
This car has been on autopia a couple times, but needed correction due to an errant shop. The surface was able to be brought to 95 percent perfect, but there where many defects that where worth chasing, considering the age of the paint.

After washing with Z7, we clayed and polished the paint out using SIP and meg's 83 with various size and cut pads and finished with 106ff. After rewashing, we cleaned the paint with P21s body prep and used the new 100 percent PS21 to gauge its looks on red paint.

Z7 on the foam gun..

Brian working his magic with the CMA version of the CCS pad. Very nice feeling pads btw and the guy doing the polishing is pretty good as well ;)

For you, lol.. ;) Thanks Thomas

Thank you! I missed seeing your details. This finish is more impressive to me than the Maserati's. Looks better in the pictures, if that is possible.

Thanks man, I really take the kind words to heart. I'll post more, I promise :D

I love that car and you made it look incredible.

How do you handle the lower black panels? I imagine you use a different process and/or products than what you use on the red paint.

Looks great, as usual. :D Are you becoming more of a wax fan than a sealant fan these days? I've seen you using that P21S 100 percent on a couple threads now and I was wondering if it's customer request or if you're just like me and got a new product that you're just trying to get a feel for. Reguardless, all the details you post always look great. I do my best to view them all, but I dont post on every one because I run out of stuff to say. :D

a re ferrari go figure. excellent job AGAIN. there's nothing like seeing the result of someones work whose passionate about what they do.:shocked

Amazing work as usual guys. I know what to expect when I see your C&B but I can't help but look! Great way to start my day with my starbucks while I'm sitting in class...
