If you are going to get it on a Pressure Washer i would save the money and get a Briggs & Stratton. I have the Troy-Bilt with a B/S, and it works great
Yes it is one of the best in that horsepower range. I'm assuming you are looking at using this for a pressure washer or other type of pump. When maintained it will easily outlast it's more commonly found non commercial competitors (B&S, Tecumseh etc.) by two to three times. I make this claim with some 30 years behind me fixing small engines. You will likely go through pumps long before the engine lets you down. Great go-kart motor also.
I assume that at this price you are looking at a used engine? A motor like you have described will undoubtedly handle the work you have in mind for it. Pump will ultimately determine pressure.
