Battle of the sealants

the only way to remove them is to use an abrasive product like that. If your car is swirl free, I would skip any abrasive polishing step except a MILD paint cleanser like PPCL or P21S and claying.

Has anyone done a side by side comparison of CQuartz, Opti-coat &/or system X? I am hearing praises for all 3, but have not had the opportunity to try any of them yet. I just can't afford to order them to experiment with. All seem great in their own way, but I would like to know if one shines above the others. If anyone has experience with two or more I would love to hear comparisons between: ease of use, gloss, compatibility/reaction with toppings (how much improvement comes from topping with wax/sealant), and any other observations.

I guess we will have to wait quite a while to hear the long term comparisons.

50/50 shots would be awesome.

If you search youtube, you will find videos of several sealants being tested against each other. Some of the tests were done on immediately after application to show water repelling and some were done months afterwards. Zymol Glasure really peaked my interest and seemed to have one of the better finishes.

There's actually an in-depth review on another forum, if it's ok i'll post the link here otherwise just pm me for it
