Barren Hill Detail Tear-Away flyer

So I got some request for some flyers from some of my customers. They work is some big office complex's and from what they tell me there's never been any other mobile detailing companies there before. So, I'm very excited to be able to tap into this place and hopefully get some great customer and further build my business. Here's the flyer i came up with, it was nothing more than an Microsoft Office template that I changed around to fit my needs. I would love some feedback on it...

Looks good man, only suggestion I have is the "winter is finally over" area is to smooth it out a bit. Maybe center it and make it 2-3 lines. Otherwise good job!
