Baking Challah Bread

This sounds off topic, but it isn't totally off topic.

While I detailed a Lexus today I multi-tasked by baking bread!

I've never made Challah before. i had wanted to do it on Friday and I completely spaced out until it was too late to start it.

Here is a picture of of the dough after the first rise and after I did the braid.

Here is the final product.

I have to admit is came out very tasty!

that looks spot on...my wife keeps attempting to make home made bread but keeps failing
