Can anyone tell me how long it usually take Autopia customer service to respond to emails?? Had a problem with an order I received and emailed them twice today and haven`t received anything back from them.

If you are simply replying to your order confirmation email, that never seems to work. Best course of action is to email Liz directly at [email protected] or call.

Ironically, whenever these concerns pop up on either of the PBMG forums it is usually suggested that calling is best.

For a company that markets and sells their products almost exclusively online, it seems to me that they would have to know that most of their customers are going to prefer to use electronic communication to interact with them. This in my view is one area that could be improved.
 
I usually call. If I have a problem I can’t wait for a response. :)

Not too sure about that, last time I had an issue and tried to call for a couple days with no answer. The problem was eventually solved so no harm/no foul.
 
Hi Dave. I`m sorry, it doesn`t look like we received your first email yesterday. I do see your second email that came in about 15 minutes before closing time. We always try to respond as quickly as possible and keep up with the inflow of emails, but if you have an issue that needs immediate attention you are also welcome to call us. I responded directly to you this morning and we`ll get a replacement order shipped out today to get you taken care of. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you!
 
I had a question and sent an email. I got a response within an hour from Liz M. Then she helped me place an order for a product that A-G stocked but Autopia did not stock. We did it all via email very quickly. She was great to work with.

It`s no problem, I wasn`t in a hurry and just wanted to know how long it normally took. If it was two or three days I didn`t want to keep sending you emails. If it came across as a complaint it wasn`t intended that way, I`ve been dealing with PBMG long enough to know it would get taken care of. Thanks again.
