Autogeek Order

Just got an order from AutoGeek, my first order from them. Very reasonable prices, very quick delivery and great customer service and the best shipping charges I have yet to have, and I'm in Nova Scotia so that is usually a concern in placing orders. I also got a 10 % autopia discount," thank you very much ". I got Menzerna Intensive polish, XMT #2 and 32 oz. of AIO. Had to try the polishes right away, the XMT was great to work with, as was the Menzerna, althought the menzerna dusted more but seemed to have a bit more bite to it. All in all a good buying experience.

Yea I just got my first ever order from them not to long ago very very smooth process. Even had a little survey for customer satisfaction in there. I've seen alot of bashing about them before but my experience seemed to be just top notch.

I have also had good experiences with them in the past. As of late though I have not purchased anything new from anyone since I have done little to no detailing.

I like AG.. Top notch customer service.. Sometimes you can bargain hunt and save a few bucks, but they have most everything you need for the enthusiast type.. And with free shipping over $75 its tough to beat alot of the time... I order elsewhere as well (more for bulk type stuff), but they stand out from the rest IMO...

i've done several orders with AG and they've been great to deal with. haven't had a bad experience yet... :up

A local friend turned me on to them about two years ago and since then never had a bad experience. best thing you can call them and they really help plus they carry all the best lines currently.

yeah i just recieved my order (took a week because i live in California) and everything was packaged well. My only concern was that the box that it was shipped in, looked heavily damaged. But there were plenty of foam things to protect my products, i was just concerned because one of the sides of the box started to rip and tear so i dont know if that was autogeek's fault or ups'. i am leaning towards ups :)

My UPS driver seems to be an aspiring quarterback. He always throws my packages down my front walk onto my door step. I've actually seen him do it. I've called UPS to complain about it several times, but nothing ever gets broken so they don't care.

I'm in CA too and if I have a heavy package (with gallon jugs of products) from Autogeek, the box takes a good beating by UPS. But I have to praise AG for how they package their products. They don't skimp. I have to dive through a mountain of peanuts just to make sure I'm not missing anything in my order. They also have a special sticker they place on your gallon jugs that prevents it from opening during shipment.

Like someone else said, they aren't necessarily the cheapest place, but once you factor in the free shipping, you'd only be saving just a few bucks at another place. Plus, they have the widest variety of products to pick from so you can get by with doing all your shopping with them.

There have been problems with a few orders in the past, but that was when they were moving into a bigger warehouse and also during the busy Xmas season. Because they were so busy, it took longer than I would have liked for them to respond but in the end they went above and beyond to resolve any issues.

One issue I experienced recently that they really have no excuse for was when there was an issue with my credit card. My CC company had automatically upgraded the status of my card to platinum and increased the limit, so they were in the process of mailing me a new card. I did not realize this, so I placed my order using my old card. I specifically ordered it on a Wed so it would get shipped on Thurs or Fri, in order to insure I would get it by the end of next week Fri. By the time AG sent me a notice that there was an issue with the credit card it was Sat. It shouldn't take 3 days for them to inform customers of any issues like that. That should be resolved next day considering most of their orders ship out the following day you place your order.

They're not perfect, but I wouldn't hesitate ever doing business with them. I know they'll take care of me in the case something does go wrong. It just might take longer to resolve than some of the smaller guys who can offer a more personable customer service.

yup, so far i've only ordered stuff from them and autopia

both websites are top notch, except since autopia's warehouse is in CA, shipping is faster :)

but if i can more money, i do not mind waiting an extra couple of days

=)

I have ordered plenty of stuff from AG in the past and have never had a problem. They always have had my orders shipped fast and even my overnight packages get here the very next morning at my door.

I've only had one problem with an order from Autogeek. They were running a promotion "spend $50 and get a free gift worth $50." I got my order but there was no free gift and I had spent $50. So, I emailed them and the same day they sent me a surprise replacement. I opened the box and it was a Souveran kit worth $80. Much better than the Diamondite Spray Clay kit received by the people who got their gift on time. :D

I've ordered twice from Autogeek. Excellent experiences both times. The second time was a couple months ago when they were running the special on Menzerna. SIP was backordered and not orderable towards the end of that sale, but their customer service took care of me. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from them too...My PC, pads, microfiber, waxes, sealants etc. THeir website is like a detailing candy store for me. :buffing:

They are very good. I when I make purchases there they are huge. When I only need a $500 or less I order from eshine to save. Chris's prices are reasonable, and he ships quickly.

when you check out, there's a field where you can enter a code. type in "autopia" to get 10% off. Or if you have an order that's more than $75, you can use "ago" to get free shipping, which in most cases saves more money. I always try to place a decent size order when I order from any of the detailing sites to offset the cost of shipping.

The UPS delivery have done damage to my package. My 1 gal car wash jug was crushed and leaked out. Autogeek replaced it right away and next day delivered it. Great service.
