Well here is a review of the many award winning detailing products from the UK made by AutoBrite Direct in the UK. I have been doing alot of details lately even in the cold and raining season here in western washington state.
This review is on the AutoBrite Direct Nano Seal & Protect Sealant.
It came to me in a 250 ml bottle. It looks different then any sealant or coating that I have used. The other Sealants/Coatings that I have used has been NanoSkin Shield and Meg's #21 and have been happy with both of them but there are some major difference's between the 3 products. I will be doing a 3 way comparison between the 3 coming soon so I will focus on the above sealant from the UK.
Before you use it, you must shake it up since there are 2 different liquids.
I have found this sealant very easy to use when applying with a foam applicator foam pad. It only took very little to cover the hood and every other panel. So far I have used just about 55-60% of the sealant with 7 cars and 1 honda crv detailed and protected with this sealant from AutoBrite (UK).
It goes on kinda clear I liked that so I could see the area that I covered and missed so I could just wipe over the missed area. I also noticed it does not smear of any type while applying without the danger of it smearing dry.
I let it set and cure for 20 minutes after protecting the entire car including all exterior pieces like wipers, bumpers, blinkers, lights, wheels, chrome muffler tips.
After it cured and dried to a very light haze it was time to take it off. With a clean soft MF Towel I removed all sealant with ease and zero effort and no type of dusting of any kind.
I have done some minor water tests and this sealant is very hydrophobic and water just sheds off the protected area like its afraid of the sealant. I have videos but I have to get them uploaded.
So far the ease of use, the little amount used for coverage, water shedding and the durability of over a year ( I have not been to test that but others in the UK have and has seen over a year with proper care).
Well all in all, I have been very impressed with this sealant and out of the 3 Sealants/Coatings I have used, this sealant I suspect will be my favorite of them all and is so far.
