Auto magic

Auto Magic products are bulk chemicals for high volume shops; nothing per se wrong with them but it depends on what sort of work you're doing.

What he said...

They have been to my shop a million times trying to get me to switch to them instead of my regular distributor which is Malco. They gave me tons of samples...I really saw nothing special about any of them.

But, like someone else said...their stuff would be much cheaper due to the bulk buying. I buy a lot of my regular stuff from Malco like APC, degreaser, etc. All the stuff that a detail shop pretty much flies right through.

I haven't really found any good compounds or polishes from distributors like this. They typically just have decent glazes, and one step products. They aim to please dealerships, or any place doing high volume and quick turn arounds. Nothing never too fancy. But, for your regular cleaning products...they can save you some money.

Their products work really well with clay and razor blades.

On a serious note, their Triple 7 apc works fairly nicely as a strong apc.

 I wondered who would be the first to make a BC2 reference

Beat me to it! ;)

They have a huge following on Youtube! :D

junk sales people in LA area...

I was working on a car, and there was another detail crew working on a car next to me...the AM rep came over and basically told the guy to use "product" and go real slow with the rotary and a cutting pad and you wont get any holograms and will have a perfect finish. Well, 5 minutes later, the side of the car looked like complete *** and the detailer couldnt get rid of the haze or holograms and the rep says "see how good that looks"...I almost went over to the car and did a 5050 comparison for him to see what a true detail was all about...it was comical at best

Now THAT would have been a youtube worthy moment.
