let the talk begin...

how are you going to apply it without getting it on the brakes and rotors?

how are you going to apply it without getting it on the tires, and if you do, can you top with a tire dressing? or is that a thing of the past?

what do you guys think?

I think the video needed to have some wheel prep SHOWN before everything was applied. for all we know, it could have a thin layer of vaseline on it keeping everything on the right side...

I held it in my hands today at the auto store. Then I put it back because of all the same questions. At $8.50, I wasn't going to just get it and forget it.

In case you didn't see it, the site you linked us to has a rebate to 'try it free' if you purchase another AA product that is over some $X.

I bought it at a local WM yesterday (with the rebate) just try it out. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to see how it works, but the video they provide is pretty impressive; I do agree that they should have been a bit more transparent though :p

If anything, it should just make it easier to clean the wheels subsequently.

I picked it up this past weekend for $6.25 at Walmart. I gave it a try and it's not bad. I am still waiting to see how durable it is. I did notice that I had to wipe down the wheels after applying. A little goes a long way.
