Are you a pro or in it as a hobby?

Just curious...are you mostly pros, or hobbyists?

I have two hobbies freshwater fish keeping and detailing my son's and my own vehicles.
I find detailing most rewarding since you see the result of your work by the end of the day.
 
Detailing is def a paid hobby of mine.. Im def not a professional because there are many issues with cars that i came across where I've been unsuccessful to repaor (Cat piss is becomming one of them lol).. I detail quite a few cars a month and enjoy the extra cash to put towards my savings or my car... Like someone else said, satisfaction is the best part... I like looking at cars before and after I work on them and admire my work! Professionaly, I wanna be eithe a fireman/police officer and eventually one day open my own car wash - ill keep dreaming
 
Hobby i do pick up some details on the side of my job but i am no where near a pro. Still so much to learn.
 
Mine is a hobby but this year I started detailing for paying customers I only wish I had more of them.I do not do advertising it's all word of mouth so with any luck things will pick up and I can pocket a little cash. I really enjoy detailing and all the steps involved to a complete job along with trying out all the products,but most of all if gives me something to do that I enjoy.
 
Many years ago I did it as a pro... mostly part time. I worked with my close friend, who was the "real" pro.

Now I do it as a hobby.
