Anyone try this stuff?? Supposed to have bannana oil in it?????!!!!

Anyway, I was at my local Ardex dealer looking for some Collinite 845. They were out but he said that this Miami stuff was just as durable and last just as long as 845...Anyone have any experience with it??

FYI - I didn't buy it.

i think all these waxes contain a certain amt. of snake oil. i don't mean to be critical, because there are alot of really great looking waxes out there. i just don't like like the hype from the maufacturer that's the shiniest, glossiest, most durable, etc. jmtc.

Miami and Wax doesn't go together because it's so hot down there that wax won't last any longer then 2-3 weeks. So, just from the name of the wax, I'd have to see beware. :)

it does say it contains polymers which, to my understanding, is also in sealant, so it would seem it might last a little longer than just carnuba by itself.jmtc

I don't think there are many waxes left today that are only carnauba based, I could probably count them on one hand. Almost everything has a polymer in it (if it says it or not).

I got 10 gallons sitting in the closet. Its all we use at my dealership. Its an easy on and off wax and smells awesome. Not to sure on the longevity since most the cars a gone in a couple weeks. I believe my rep told me it was based off collinite 845.
