Applying Natty wax ??

Get the PVA applicator, these are so smooth you'd think they had mullets. Goes on easy, let it haze, buff off with mf. Much less cleanup than by PC. I have a PC and use it for everything; buffing cars, stiring my coffee, etc, but Natty's by hand and a PVA is good. If you do like cleaning up the PC uses less products and covers better, touch slower though. Remember to top with EX-P.

You are recommending topping Natty's with EX-P?

Jim to each his own:dunno

I like to apply with the PVA, but Natty likes the yellow foam pads ...I've also used mf applicators but they don't seem to spread it as smooth:dunno

I also prefer the foam apps with paste products like Natty's. However, I plan on drying some of DFTowels new applicators when I get them.

I just recieved my Poorboys order yesterday. So the Yellow foam things in the plastic bag are the applicators for the Natty's?-Just making sure.

Next time I use Natty's I am going to try the ole scoop it out and put it on with the grey pad and porter cable. I this will help me get a nice even coat. I do it by hand and sometimes get spots where I laid it on too thick.

I think the PVA's give a nice thin and even coat when applying liquid sealants. Havn't tried them with Natty's. I use the yellow foam applicator for that. However, I especially love the PVA's when applying dressings. You wanna talk about an even application, use the PVA with Natural Look and Bold and Bright. You almost don't need to buff afterwards. Try and you'll love it. They clean up nice too.

hmmmm, i can imagine what the stains would look like on the PVA applciator after i get through applying bold and bright onto my tires....

It's true, the PVA looks pretty dang messy after doing tires, but I throw it in the washing machine with my terrycloth towels and it's just like new when it comes out. Love it.

I see everyone likes to use PVA, I just ordered Natty's and forgot to pick up a PVA? :beat Would applying Natty's with a foam round applicator like Meguiar's be fine? Also if Natty's comes off with finger swipe cleanly does that mean it's ready to come off? Thanks

PS. Just so I have an idea of how long it may take me to wax the car? how long till it hazes? should I do the entire car and come back and buff off? or say two panels then buff off?

I do the whole car. The warmer the weather the sooner it's ready, but either way it is a very easy product to use. Give it 15 to 30 min if you have the time.

Don't you just love archived information:D

Sorry PVA's have been out of stock...mfg of them want me to buy 10k and I've been debating when and if...the Meguiar's yellow round foam is fine, in fact it's Natty's favorite choice.lol ...Definitely let it dry and if it comes off with afinger swipe then it's usually ready to go. If you meet resistance then it's not ready as it is extremely easy to remove. Do the whole car and don't worry about it being hard to then remove.
Enjoy, i love the smell when i check the jars before shipping:hippi

I'm someone who has some serious shoulder problems. I use a PC where ever I can get away with it. I don't do it by hand unless I have to. By the time I clay a vehicle my shoulder is done for the day so I look forwarded to flipping the switch. Natty's works well using a PC. I just use a plastic butter knife and spread a very small amount on the pad.

I like to use PVAs for a few products, but I actually prefer to use a slightly damp round yellow foam applicator with Natty's.

thanks for the tips guys. Does this seem right. So slightly dampen pad, apply very thin coat to entire car, whip up some hot chocolate, take small sips between removal of each panel.

I have another silly question, well I'm just getting started so maybe it's not so silly. I NXT washed my car Saturday afternoon, right as I was finishing my drying it started to rain. I didn't get a chance to try BnB, :wall Anyway I wanted to know if it would be OK to S&W and Natty's tomorrow? or do you think it needs to be NXT wash again?
