Anyway to make Megs Burgundy pad more pliable?

I didn't care for it on a PC but had fairly good results on a rotary. The pore pattern is a bit tighter than the LC yellow but the stiff nature makes it jump around a bit.

like scott mentioned they need some priming, i stick it in water real quick and spin the hell out of it before using
