Hello everyone!

I got some 66 today and decided to try a panel on my moms jeep. I was suprised that it was a liquid. I put a little bit on my polishing pad and spread it around on the panel. After spraying everywrer becuase i had to much i slowed down and let it haze like it says to do. After wiping off i did the finger test (to see if there was any wax on there)(66 is supposed to have wax in it) a got just clean panel (sqeeking). Anyone have any luck with this? Please chime in! Thanks

Greg

I use #66 as a speed product and apply NXT as a topper. From what I understand of using #66 the more work you need done, work the product in longer. Let haze and remove. I have not experienced the squeeky finger problem you mention nor do I rely on the wax protection of #66 alone. #66 and NXT is pretty quick to apply.

Is the product too thick for a spray bottle? Not sure on that. Why? It might work.

Let me know.

I think Express wax can be sprayed on, but the swirl removal abilities might be reduced with Express.

You're right and that's a sweet idea too. I forgot how thin #66 was. I'm gonna try this weekend. Great idea. Are you suggesting to mist a panel and work in with the pad rather than applying a bead to the pad itself. Brilliant! :bigups

Man I hope you didn't get a gallon of the stuff it is VERY THIN but it is a cleaner wax so it must have some small abrasives in it. I hope you got a sample because the one i'm sending to ya is going out tomorrow

i have it in a 12 oz container with a very small squirt top. I put a line on the pannel and pick it up with the pad and then work it in. I'm using a rotary and 3m waffle pad.
I think the stuff works good for a quicky job
