Anyone really uses Megs Speed Glaze?

I've never used it, mind you, but I get the impression it is a bit more "one step" than their other polishes. It sounds like it is geared more towards people who want to do a quicker job with fewer products.

I agree. The product seems kind of "anti-Autopian" in that it seems like basically a moderate strength cleaner wax that tries to do it all. The only people I could ever see using it are body shops and professional detailing businesses who want to do a quick and dirty polish/wax job all in one step.

Thanks for your replies. Is just the our Megs distributor brought me one botle of it and I don't know exactly what to do with it. Maybe I'll use it as a fast & sheep detail.

I have it and use it; I really like the stuff!

It is between the DACP and SFP in terms of aggressiveness. It is an excellent product that can be used by many means. It leaves a really glossy and flawless finish. I believe that it is geared towards the body shop as it has some protective properties so it can be used to protect the paint until it cures properly and can be waxed.

One Autopian I know uses it quite extensively in his detailing business; his name is Varong(sp?). If you do a search under his name, you will see that he uses it on all of his ULTRA HIGH END cars that he does.

I personally really like the stuff. If I do not have time for the total DACP treatment, I will use Speed Glaze with a PC. With the rotary, it does tend to leave holograms as it does not polish out like DACP.
