Anyone near Tracy, CA that can help me out?

Hi Guys:



I'm located in NY and I am looking into potentially purchasing a Volvo C70 that is located in Tracy, CA.



Is there anyone out there that could take a look/inspect the car for me prior to purchase? It has had some minimal paint work that is difficult to guage from pics.



I would be willing to compensate for your time, shouldn't take more than hour.

I wouldn't be going to take a look at the car myself in person. This is what I would need help with. Just give it a once over / inspection and let me know how it is.
 
I'll be heading that way on the 14th. So if you still need help with the inspection by then, I'd be more than willing to take a look at it, and possibly take some detailed photos of the paintwork.
