It is a 5" rotary backing plate that Top of the Line used to sell along with Buff and Shine 6" pads. It's very similar to the Meg's 5" backing plate, except the Meg's plate won't fit do to it having the little centering tab rather than the center hole. I tried emailing TOL, and am waiting for a response, but if anyone can point me in the right direction in the meantime, I'd appreciate it.
