Ok heres the story got a test tomorrow, I have search google high and low for the answers, but to no avail.



Here they are if anyone could help please. lol :D



1. What is the formula for pressure developed when moving a load with a cylinder

2.How do you find the power of a hydraulic system

3.What are the elements in service units used in pneumatic systems?

4.What is the puropose of a pressure regulator in penumatic system?

5.Name three functions of a control valve.

What would be the result of oil constantly dischargin through the relief valve? and name a circumstance where this might occur.

6. How many sections are in a hydraulic system, describe each section.

7. What is a reservoir baffle plate used for?

8. Estimate the adequete size of a reservoir for a system with a pump of 1001/min

9.What are the symbals for cooler and heater?



This would be a great help, I have the test tomorrow as I said so any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks tom! I was at class I just find the teacher hard to understand as she is cantonese and her english is a bit broken, but hey her english is better than my cantonese!!
 
Oh man, I had that problem for differential equations. I got to the first day of class and found out the professor spoke NO ENGLISH AT ALL. She wrote the math on the blackboard and expected it to be self evident to us... at that point I understood that I was not the smartest person in the world.
 
differential equations are ok as we done them in school, but pneumatics lol nope!! well if u ever need a hand im in third yr just about to do my honours at university so just PM me (im under the impression your studying too) if not then you'll not need my help lol!. Thanks again mosca!!
