anyone ever mix sealants?

i was a little bored while waiting for my fk108 to dry on tires today in my garage and was looking at a bunch of 2 ounce sample sealant bottles. havent used it but i will try on my pos work truck one day. i mixed 1 part ksg 1 part atj 1 part wolfgang sealant 1 part upp and 1 part dp surface shield.



any ill effects i wonder :nixweiss

Yes. I did the same with two peoducts. One is a "Weather Shield" , and one is specifically designed for UV protection. One spreads amazingly, one less so. So I combined them. No big deal. As far as I know, they compliment each other. The best way to determine ill effects is to look at the contents of the 2 (or 3, etc.) sealants, and see if there are "conflicting ingredients" that would negate the others' benefits. Did I do that? No, I don't have the time to do all that stuff.

hehe..Now u guys make me wanna mix my ChemGuys M-Seal with my Wolfgang DeepGloss PaintSealant. Will brew it later. hehe
