Anyone applied Zymol HD-Cleanse with a PC?

I usually do it by hand, but I figure since I spent 150 bucks on this nifty little buffer, I may want to use it for something other than SMR.

So..... can I do it? Or should I stick to doing it by hand like Zymol says.

Thanks.

Sure you can, but keep in mind you may want a seperate pad for "like" products. SMR or Finess it are "like".... I guess HD-Clense could fall in that too since it has abrasives.

But if you were using a non-abrasive polish, you wouldn't want to use it with a pad you've used abrasive products with in the past.

Zymol specifically states to use back and forth motions as you already stated. I have tried applying it in circular motions and it becomes very hard to work with by smearing, etc. A rotary will break the product down more then hands, so it may just work. I am interested to see how it comes out. Please keep us informed.

I'm thinking it should work... they want side to side so we don't create swirls using a circular patter (from what I understand).

The PC will break it down really well I hope, and then it'll just wipe away easily.

Weather permitting I'm going to detail my whole car tomorrow so I will let you know.
