Yeah but that was for the 6 pound burger...

The new burger (at the same restaurant) is 10 pounds of meat and 5 pounds of helpings... gross...

Some choice quotes:

"The 15-pound burger can feed a family of 10, according to Liegey."

"And last February, one person, a 100-pound female college student, Kate Stelnick, from Princeton, New Jersey, ate the entire six-pounder. (The burger with toppings represented 11 percent of her body weight.)"

How long is until some lawsuit-happy couple claims that this burger clogged their arteries and "they didn't know eating 10 servings of food in a single sitting" was bad for them?

Why anyone would even try to eat that is beyond me. I am full from a 1/3 lb. burger and fries at Fuddruckers and uncomfortably full after a 1/2 lb.

Most I ever ate was a 36oz. Porter House from a top steak house in NY City the night of my best friend's bachelor party. Dinner and drinks for the 7 of us was $1,000.00!!!!

With all the drinks that night and into the next morning, my friend and I were vomiting on the train on the way home :p

I can't even fathom coming close to eating anywhere near 5lbs of meat, let alone 15lbs

I might be a large person but I can't even see me eating that much in one sitting. Over the course of several days, maybe.

wHAT PLACE IN nyc? I GO OFTEN....

Sparks Steak House.

My buddies and I like to go once a year and take a limo over to Scores. We get free passes at the restaurant and when we pull up in the limo, the clown at the front door puts us in the "Champagne Room" :D

It's a blast :xyxthumbs We get a kick out of it.

I don't know PrinzII...it seems like those skinny folks can eat more when it comes down to it. Like the dude who can eat all those hot dogs every year

Eating a burger for one week...hmmm, sounds good to me and yes, I would like fries with that!

:woot:

I just got home from dinner and the movies. I had a 10oz burger, fries and 3 beers. I had to be rolled out of the theater :p The Kit Kat bites in the theater didn't help much.

Kingdom of Heaven was a cool movie - great story, action and cinematogrophy.

But that 10oz'er was plenty!

Same here. We have a great local burger place that has incredibly good 1/2 pound gourmet burgers and after one of those bad boys (usually with mushrooms, grilled onions and swiss cheese) and a small order of fries I am stuffed. Happy but stuffed! :)
