ebay or craigslist are prob your best bet. Dont get blinded by bling though make sure your check out any car you buy. Remember that you can always get a reliable car and buy your stereo and rims second hand. Remember the bigger the rim the easier that they will bend/ break.

Odball sizes like 19" or 20+ inch rims tires will cost alot

I can only agree Benwon!

The "bling-bling" is not what makes a car be really worth having.

The "bling-bling" is about "ego" and "peer pressure", not a car, but peer image only.

But that way of thinking keeps a lot of automotive aftermarket companies in business.

Does make it a bit hard on the financial institution who financed the piece of junk that they got the paper on when they go repo it and find the wheels are worth more than the car they backed.

just search on craigslist for a used car and buy the stereo and wheels separately. what type of car are you going after? and why are you going after it. i would pick a car based on reliability, cost, mechanical condition and not the accessories that come with it, most of the cars with the stuff you want already added probably have been beat on...so honestly try to find a car from a older person who kept track of service records. you can find used wheels fairly cheap and a stereo is not all that expensive brand new, nor is it that difficult to install if you have basic mechanical knowledge.

i can say this dont go getting big rims and a loud stereo to show off, it actually makes you look bad. do this for your own personal style and that is fine but if your trying to fit in with a certain crowd or want a normal car jacked up with some 26" rims then have fun dealing with the police as they love to profile people with shiny objects, most cops are like kids they see a bright shiny object and are attracted to it. i just hope you are not the type who wants a "donk" ride. those things are so stupid and mess with EVERYTHING the car was designed for. cars are not designed to be lifted or have these big rims on them. it puts additional and unneeded stresses on the suspension, driveline, transmission, braking system, even the engine. it is not worth it if that is what you are after.. and remember what the guys at the celica forums taught me. CHEAP, RELIABLE, FAST PICK TWO!
