Any use for 24x24 MF towels?

Im ordering some towels from pakshak and was wondering if I can use the 24x24 for something. Im planning on getting about 12 16x16 towels. 4 of each color.

I use the big ones for drying. Perfect for that task. I have two big towels and wish I had more. They get more use than the 30 smaller minty green's.

The 24 x 24, I use for drying. Sheet the water, blot a panel with the absorber, finish drying with the MF towel. Usually takes on per car. The 16 x 16 isn't quite enough. The smaller ones are perfect for wax removal, QD'ing, and windows. Folded in 1/4's, they are just the right size for me to use.

How fast do these towels build up? Would I have to use 1 or 2 to buff off a car? This is the 16x16 towel.

For AIO, Platinum UPP, or S100, one 16 x 16 is enough for me. You really don't need to put much product on to get good results. Less product, less residue, less streaking, fewer towels.

Im currently using Meguiars #26 and will hopefullly have two bottles of S100/P21S in my possession this weekend. A friend of mine works at a Harley plant and he might be able to get it cheaper for $15.

My inventory currently sits at about 15 16x16" MFs (I'm disturbed I don't remember how many...) and I get by. It depends how much detailing activity I see in between washes. Getting more MFs just means you have to wash a load less often. I'm probably going to get more MFs just so that the washer seems more "full" when I throw them in. :p (well, that, and I have run out of towels occasionally)

Definitely a good idea. My current inventory of MF towels is now well over a hundred, including 4 large 54"x28" waffles from JT & 2 BBT's. I hate running the washing machine every week.
