Here is the interior of my dad's jeep:

It flaps around in the wind and is drooping more by the week. Other than having a professional fix it up, is there any simple or temporary thing I can do about this?

You have a common headliner problem. The foam padding originally bonded to the fabric and glued to the cardboard has deteriorated. A simple, albeit ugly, fix is to pin up the sagging fabric. A short term (very short term) fix would be to remove as much of the deteriorated foam as possible from the fabric and cardboard using a vacuum and brush and reattaching with a spray adhesive. Unfortunately, the real solution is a replacement.
