i have some quarts here at the house id like to get some info on how the Machine Glaze matches up to something like 80 or it may be some kind of solvent based glaze... well at least thats what it smells like.

Also i have the Finishing Glaze which the label says it has some carnuba content but is this something that can be topped or left as is?

Does anyone think the Maching Glaze can be topped after that? Im planning on using this w/ a rotory.

thanks

PI III MG is similar to #80 as far as aggressiveness goes, but MG has no fillers. It is a very good product and when coupled with PI III RC you have a very, very good combo.

FG is a glaze that you can apply over paint that isnâ€â„¢t fully cured, and according to the 3M demo guy I talked with it will last somewhere from 2 to 4 (or 4 to 6) washes, canâ€â„¢t really remember.

Although I have some FG I rarely use it, but the last time I did I noticed it seemed to fill in a lot on the panel I used it on (grabbed it instead of the MG by mistake :o )
