I have used Raggtopp on my convertible top for years because of (IMO) its look, protection and the all important run-off after application. For those of you without convertibles, run-off is like sling for tire treatments in that the product sloughs off during a rain or at the next washing and leaves a film on the paint and windows.
The last time I used the product I noticed that it looked funny when I sprayed it on my applicator. After shaking it again I noticed that a large mass had congealed at the bottom and would not break-up. Since it was almost gone I figured something with the shelf life or the cooler garage in winter had affected the product. I switched to the new bottle and it looked ok when I sprayed it on the applicator. However, at about the third spray, I noticed some particulate coming out of the sprayer. This particulate broke down when I applied it to the top but it was not normal.
After I finished the job, I got on the Raggtopp web site and sent them an email questioning why this was happening (I figured it was something I was doing or not doing). Within two days, I got a call from Raggtopp apologizing for my problems with the product and they told me they would ship me two new bottles. Within two more days I received two replacement bottles.
