another convertible top question

I really dont want to spend money unless I have too. I have plenty of APC's infact close to 6 gallons worth. Can I use an APC to clean a convertible top if its diluted down far enough? What about woolite 6:1, I use that on leather and carpets, and surely it would be gentle enough on something like vinyl?



Woolite 6:1 with a little APC perhaps do the trick with out spending 24.99$ plus shipping at AG for the 303 kit....any thoughts for someone trying to save some money?
 
Most APC's are safe for vinyl at the proper dilution IMO.



I've used Megs APC, Charlie Soap APC, Amazing Roll-off, Eimann Fabrik Hi-Intensity Cleaner and others I can't think of at the moment to clean vinyl convertible tops.



I don't think you need a dedicated product if you already have decent APC and don't want to spend more money.
 
thank you, I didn't think I would either, but I didn't want to ruin a convertible top either...kinda expensive imho :)



I was thinking woolite and a little apc and scrub would do the trick....
