Well im off to start my first day of college :wall Sucks that summer is over but maybe i will like college better than high school :redface: :passout:
 
I feel your pain. My last two grad classes are this fall, along with oral exams that I have to pass in order to graduate. Just make sure you go to class every so often. College is a lot different than high school in the respect that no one is going to make you go to class and show up. College is also a lot like high school in that you'll sit on your butt in classes that have no real life application going over things that you memorize because you'll never use them in real life situations.
 
What is you major? The womenwill look different than the girls you went tohigh school with. I didnt like college either, but went for 2 years at a community collegehere in Iowa, for farm management. Omly one female in my classes for those 2 years. chool was NEVER my thing. ButI only went 6 years througfh jr high and high school nh out missing a day unless on feild trips etc through the school. Playing catch up is not fun. Hope theris something about college you enjoy.
 
Self discipline is your best friend Pockets. Best of luck to ya! Don't be overwhelmed by the amout of work you will have. It doesn't take too long to find the shortcuts. What is your major if I may ask??

I only picked classes that i liked and wanted to take so hopefully i will not get bored like i was in high school. Well the core subjects will make me bored haha

I'm majoring in Criminal Justice and what i want to call a minor in biz (taking multiple biz classes as well)

I was happy to see the school year get back underway...My son has been here with me all summer, it was time for him to get back to a more organized day...To much free time on his hands...IMO

Better yet, get a bunch of them to chase you. Just tell em' you have a high powered job and show them your freshly detailed truck, they won't be able to resist. ;)
 
Good luck in college. College is a lot of fun, gets better once you learn how to juggle the parties, classes and work.
