AMG S65, BMW 535 wagon and two Aston Martin DBS's

yes, I've seen that site. is $9.50 per unit pretty much the same as the group buy price? I thought I read that it was with fifty cents (not enough to worry about).

I think the group buy price was $7.50. Many sites are charging around $20 or higher, so $9.50 is a pretty good deal.

Someone posted a site that sells the STP version for $2 each when buying a case of 24.

Do a search on Vision blade or STP or :nixweiss

Good Luck!

PS High Noon's GP is out of Aquapel and towels I believe.

I did a search here and using google. the STP product was discontinued a long time ago and most of what is left is really old stock that may no longer be good. there is apparently a way to distinguish the newer stock (which is supposed to still be okay to use) but I don't remember what the distinguishing marks are (womething about having to break a glass tube inside the old/bad one).

anyway, I'll stay safe and stick with aquapel.

The new package has wings that you break and looks identical to the aquapel as I have both. I found STP at local Wally world for $3 a tube.

I put on the STP and it works great! I now enjoy driving in the rain and watching the water race off the windows.

When I see STP I buy it now is it all I want to use. I may even buy a whole case as it rains a lot here.

Good Luck

Now that is a thought...plus it would help explain to the GF why I need so much in that case!

Thanks for the idea!

I have found that one tube of Aquapel is generally not enough to go around the entire car. I just do the windshield with it now, put on a few layers. The other windows get either Z2 or Liquid glass. The reason that I prefer Aquapel on the windshield is that it lasts much longer and does not smear or chatter with the wipers. It actually enhances the wiper use. I bought some from Speedy and service and price is very good.

nice cars , i like the aston , really sharp looking

Thanks Cosmin!

More great work. The AMG looks killer - not a lot of the 65's around. Good job on all Bryan!

Thank you Marc! I've seen a few S63s, but this is the only S65 I've ever seen.

Nice work, all the cars look great. That Aston Martin is sick!

-Kody-

Thank you Kody!

Really great work. They all look fantastic, but those Aston Martin's, man oh man.

Thanks Ron! Hard to choose between the paddle or the 6 speed.

Whoa!!!!!
Beautiful work on all of these beauties. The DBS is one of my favorite cars on the planet, and you got to do 2 of them? Sweeeeeeeeeeet.
They all look great, but the AMG looks so unbelievably wet. Nothing looks like black when it is dialed in, and you really had it dialed in my friend!!!:drool5::drool5:
