Nice work!! That's one of the cleanest jobs that I've seen. :notworthy: Great before and after shots also. :thumbup: I marinated some beef ribs with beer and mesquite smoked them on the grill. They came out great. As a matter of fact I'm about to have some of the leftovers. I can't wait to eat.
Socaldmax, just as a heads up, if you're ever in downtown San Diego and you see a place called Kansas City BBQ, don't eat there!! That is the worst bbq in the world!! They boil their meats, the place is covered in dust and they didn't have sauce worth a lick!! It's only claim to fame was the fact that it used for a scene in the movie Top Gun. If it's bbq that you want while in Daygo, go to a place called Phil's BBQ. They've got pretty good beef ribs and burgers. The only two downsides are that it can get crowded at times and it's a little pricey. That's the price you pay when you live in the land of nutts and fruits. lol.
