Almost tried Dodo Juice

Friday we had fantastic weather! A high around 72 and sunny. I washed my Jaguar and the wife's Quest. Both were dirty but the Quest was the worse!

Anyway, Saturday I thought I would wash my Sister-in-Law's Lexus because we had some nasty weather that got the cars real dirty. When we get ice here they put sand on the roads. When the ice melted we had fog and drizzle that just made a mess.

I detailed her Lexus almost a month ago. Her paint is a white with a lot of speckles of colors. I was the lucky winner of some Dodo Juice Diamond White wax :yay and I've been wanting to try it on her car. The wax is supposed to work especially well on that type of paint. Well, the weather today was not as nice as Friday. While we had a high of 68 the day was overcast with a cool breeze. A cold front started blowing in late in the day. I decided to hold off on the Dodo for 2 reasons:

1. I would not be able to get good pictures of the finished job to show how well (or not) the wax looked.
2. As I washed the car I noticed that the Natty's Red I put on less than a month ago was holding up really well, so I thought I should top the car with another coat of Natty's Red.

When it warms up and we have some sunny days I'll strip off the wax and give the Dodo Diamond White a chance to shine on it's own (pun intended). :inspector:
