All I really want for me/my business is 2 commercial bays with a living space above the garage. 1500 sq feet down stairs and 1000 sq feet living space less than $350k. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?!



What do you guys want realistically?
 
$350K for that??? OUCH!!!!!! I was looking at 5 bays and the works over 6000 spft for only $220Kish. I don't think what you're after is unreasonable at all.

QFT. Reasonable really depends where you are.



Ideally the more expensive properties should have more traffic in a better location and be able to support increased prices- but it doesn't always work like that. Before I went mobile I had a 3 bay dealership and shop that cost just under $4000/mo to operate.



All I really want is dual 40' bays, small office and waiting room, oil-water separator, and a 15 car parking lot for zoned for sales/service/auto body with a lease I don't have to stress out every month breaking even.
