New to this forum, not new to detailing, glad to see a large community like this up and about. I'm a college student in TN, but i return to my home state of Alaska during the summer. Through highschool i paid for 2 trips out of the country detailing cars and continue to do so as "gifts" for people. Really what better gift to give someone than a nice clean car. People have no idea what their cars should look like untill they've been thoroughly cleaned, buffed, waxed, and shapooed. Just saying high though, look forward to contributing.

I am a snow birds from Alaska. have been in Alaska since 1972. Live half the year in Fairbanks. Do you live in Anchorage or are you a Southeasterner?

Actually i'm from Tok of all places. Thats where i started detailing. Finest car i detailed in that town was a Porsche Boxster of all things. Went to Spain on the money i made that year. Which was quite a spectacular feat for a kid from such a rural town. Thanks for the warm welcome.
