Air Movers

I was just curious how many pros out there use them.

I have always just cracked the windows after extracting and place a plastic seat cover over the drivers seat and haven't had any issues. Any opinions on how well they work and if they are worth the extra cash?

Depends on where you are located. I am in Colorado and it's really dry here so I don't see a use for it if you use an extractor. Now, you might need them if you use a wet vac.

Yes I use them and worth every penny. Not only to dry the interior but if it hot and I need to cool down, well worth it to me. Joe

My extractor has a dryer hose attachment. So I dry when I extract. I don't see a problem with using them. Could definatly speed things up. Whatever it takes to keep the customer happy.

We had two air movers till one broke. We still have one and use it alot. It speeds up the drying times.

Here are the ones I got from walmart. Worth every penny.

You can rotate them approx 270° so any angle is possible. To dry floor areas, I usually place them on the seat and point them down at the floor. I would recommend at least 2 of them.

^ I use the same one. pretty powerful for its size and cost.

I use the large floor dryer air mover. I bought the Ridged model from Home Depot. I place it on the seat pointed at the floor. I set it on the seat facing the seat back to dry that area and then put in on the back to dry the seat bottom. I will move it to all four corners of the car to get it done faster.
