Air Dryer

loooks very interesting. priced a little high but not by much if it really blows. i would consider it if i could order, try and retun it if not effective. i might just try it.:thx

Nice. If that thing blows as well as my Air Force Blaster....a lot better solution. The only thing with the blaster, is you're just handling the hose (which has its own problems of snagging, having to move the unit, etc.), where with this, you are holding the whole machine. 2.6 lbs doesn't sound like a lot but it might be fatiguing holding it up in the air for 10 minutes.

get this instead, and save $10. excellent leaf blower (read the reviews) and priced just right... :up

Weed Eater WEB150 Electric Blower - Wal-Mart

I have a blower very similar to that shown on CG's website . . . excellent for blowing out cracks and seams, but I wouldn't want to try to dry the whole car with it.

That's what I was thinking as well. For the whole vehicle I'd prefer my AirWand, but something like the blower with a more concentrated output would be great for the tight spots if you don't have a compressor.

also IIRC, there was a thread a while back where some ordered a similiar version for around/less than $20 and it wasn't all that great...

I second that , mine was on sale for $20, don't remember if a had a dust collector bag though. It is not very good at drying a car and collects dust now. I do remember it having torque steer from the centrifugal force of the blower motor, which was fatiguing after a while.
