AIO/UPP Questions

Hey all. Applied AIO and topped with UPP to my silver car this past weekend. Those applications were preceeded by a wash with Meg NXT and claying with Clay Magic and Meg Quik Detailer QD as lubricant. As I was claying, it started raining very hard. I finished claying and got my car under the car port to dry it. It was a little windy, so the back of the car was still getting a little wet. I applied AIO and followed up with UPP on the portions of the car that wasn't getting wet (hoping the rain would stop and then I could dry and AIO/UPP the remaining portion. I have a few questions that I hope you guys could help me with.

First is that I applied UPP and my original plan was to do the whole car and take a break for an hour to buff off. Since it was kind of cold and rainy outside, after I applied the UPP to all the panels that I wanted to, it was about 25-30 minutes after I started. I've seen recommendations for waiting at least 45 minutes, but I wanted to finish and get back inside. The directions on the bottle said to wiat 15 minutes, so I buffed off the UPP. The panels were quite slick and noticed a pretty good shine under the garage light. I then followed up with Menzerna HGAS on all of the panels that I had finished. I wanted to see if it boosted the slickeness of the UPP. My question is did the applying of the HGAS without letting the UPP time to breath and set disrupt the UPP process? Also, portions of the panels that I applied UPP got a little wet before I was able to buff. Will that cause any problems? Durability?

Did I "mess up" the UPP topping by applying the HGAS or is that a good way to boost the slickness and gloss of the UPP and possibly providing coverage to any areas that the UPP missed (as I was trying to apply VERY thin). I am quite new to this and experimenting, so forgive me if I made any basic mistakes.

Second is that I was able to complete the AIO/UPP to all of the metal body panels and left the front and rear bumpers for a later time as they were getting wet from splashes. I assume that I will be able to follow-up next weekend or the following weekend when the weather clears on the bumpers and apply another coat to the UPP to the whole car. Is it ok just to apply a second (or third) coat of UPP after more than a week from the original application with just a wash? I assumed that applying AIO again would remove the first coat.

Thanks in advance for all your help.
