Adams Products

My point was, if product A and product B are the same thing, just different labels, color, scent, etc, and one is cheaper, of course I'd want to get the cheaper one if possible. This is assuming the cheaper one isn't sold along with terrible customer service, etc. I just think, as consumers, there's nothing wrong with us knowing what products are relabels, if those companies don't want anyone to know, that creates a sense of mistrust from the consumer and being misled.

I'm following your mindset and see nothing wrong with it.

The only Adams Product I have purchased is thier fire hose nozzle, quixk connect and aluminum on off valve. I purchased these from DetailersDomain becasue the shipping is 8.00 flat rate and since I am in NY got it the next day. It is a great nozzle and I would never spend that much on a nozzle but I began to realize I have been plowing through these things and they keep breaking. I went from cheap, to better to finally a 29.00 fire hose version (rubber over plastic) and when that bit the dust I decided to try it. So far so good, I like it alot and would reccommend it.

A video on Youtube convinced me to try it out.

They do not manufacture those items. As a matter of fact, you can get the shutoff valve for much cheaper at this site. That's the same exact product they sell for $20. The quick disconnect can be found at any home improvement store and the fire hose nozzle (and I agree with you that it is a very good nozzle), is also something they sell at a significant markup. You can find many on the marker for cheaper, especially on firemen equipment sites.

I have used Adams products and like them
Are they manufactured by Chemical Guys (ie same stuff )?
thanks

Nobody knows for sure except the business people involved. Nobody is asking - "Does Prima manufacture Collinite" or does "Klasse manufacture Ultima" or does "Dodo Juice make P21S?"... So use your 2¢.....

Unless you wants to pay a lot of money for products that MAY be made by someone else or may be diluted - go to the source. There are several companies where there is no doubt who makes what.

Just to pour more fire on a old thread junkman who I met years ago is a righteous man then Adams cut ties, they have some decent stuff but for the most part look else where. It's just that simple Adams is niche product, I miss the junkman video's on you tube peace out that's my opinion.
