adams lineup on cooper / PIX

There is no cure!
got my adams order in on tuesday and have been dying to try em out.

PROCESS

adams car wash
revive polish
BSG on glass, paint, chrome
butter wax
vrt on trim and tires

adams car wash is super slick and just a tad more suds than nxt

the revive polish is nice and gives a good gloss to the paint after removal, still dont think id use it as a paint cleaner tho. i very much prefer and trust aio for that!

bsg is decent to apply and easy to remove. makes everythign it touches looks like its dripping oil.

butter wax was a real pain to apply. maybe its not fair considering the instructions said to spray some ds on the pad first and i didnt, but removal was real easy. even easier than souveran. there were spots do to the gard application that i thought was gonna be a paint to remove, NOPE, came off like BUTTER.

VRT spread easy and a little goes a long way. gives a real deep black look and shines well in direct sunlight. still prefer BnB for tires tho, but will use this occasionally for em, and a direct hitter for all trim

MISC: the applicator sponges are no better than eagle one swipes and the polising towels felt to grabby.

PICS!

Looks great. I can't imagine anyone having problems applying Butter Wax - it's about the easiest stuff I've ever used. Also, I don't see how anyone could not like the Adam's MF towels - those are by far my favorite. To each his own though, that's one thing that makes this all great!! :) Nice little write up Joy.

looks fantastic! Is it a Cooper S? Ive heard the s class are VERY quick.

no:(, actually its just the base version, got it when i was 16, and you know how some parents can be about giving a new driver fast wheels. its still not that bad to drive, will always have a place in MY HEART

im telling you man i really was expecting application to be easier. i even used the microfiber applicator. only thing was i didnt spray with qd spray which i asusme would give the spreading some lubricity. could it be because i had previously applied the BSG? :dunno

i also should mention i didnt wash the towels before use. they came wrapped nicely packed all together in some saran wrap type of packaging so i didnt really think they would be dirty. forgot to say that when i gave the whole car a mist of qd after i was done the towel left no streaks!

Butterwax, for me and in my opinon, is really thick to spread around, so wetting the applicator with Adams DS really helped to spread it out thin.
BSG should have no effect on what you experienced IMO....it has not with me.
BSG is similar to Vanilla Moose which I have used and topped with a wax with no ill effect either. I just tend to grab the BSG because it appears to give me a wetter look.

I just received some of those MF towels from Adam today, so I have no experience with them but boy do they feel soft and supple.
Cant wait to try them out tomorrow. As for me, I will not pre-wash.

Hmm strange that some people are having difficulty with application of BW, wonder if there's a change in formulation, bad batch etc?
In my experience, the application is pretty easy comparable to that of zaino, you can't see where you have applied. The removal is ridiculously easy tho :)

The yellow MF is my fav, very soft and and lint free
