have any of you used this product? if so will it turn grey items back to black? and is it safe to use under the hood without worrying if it gets on wires and stuff?

thanks for any info

It really does a nice job on trim. I've used it under my hood without any problems. I used a similar product years ago called instant shine. I use the In&Out on pretty much any black plastic. It dries to the touch and it has a really nice look. HTH

i made the mistake of purchasing it. not because its a bad product but because at the time i was looking for something better than "stoners trim shine", and was not not impressed. it applied easy, left a factory finish but so did my stoners trim shine, for LOT cheaper.

i just bought two cans. and i love it. also i love the adams sponges with vrt. adams products are top notch products.

I like it for engine detailing but it's really pricey for what you get. The cans are quite expensive and they run out faster than you think they should. Get stoners trim shine for trim and CD2 for engines and you'll still spend less for one can of each than for 1 can of In-and-Out.

Most Autozones, Kmart, maybe other places. They really have more of a hold on the additive market, check the website for dealers.

I really like In-n-out spray, it works well for the grills or vents just below the winshield. Meguiar's has a similar product that is more readily available (i.e Pepboys, Autozone etc). Good stuff, and always something i keep on hand to use.
