Adam's detail spray: same cleaning ability as...

I've tried Adam's and S&W side-by-side, and IMO they have very similar cleaning ability and lubricity. Gloss and slickness are a bit less than S&G, again very similar to S&W (but I believe that S&W leaves a fair amount of gloss and slickness).

Thanks for your input. For the record S&W doesn't have any gloss enhancing properties. It will reveal what's on your paint or whatever you're using it on.

Hmm..I would have thought it would be less since S&W is marketed as a waterless wash and Adam's as a gloss enhancing detail spray.

I know that's what Steve says, but I don't believe it. I have used it on washed, bare, unwaxed paint and it slicks up the surface quite a bit. JMO of course.

Bioman--I had thought so too, but marketing affects perception too much. I found that the Adam's cleans similarly, even though it is marketed as an all-around QD. It surprised me too.
